Lauren is a seasoned dental technician who earned her bachelor's degree in technology from London in 2012. After gaining a year of valuable experience in London, she embarked on an enriching journey to Denmark, where she played a pivotal role in leading the digital orthodontic department of the largest dental lab in the country. In this capacity, Lauren was instrumental in initiating the production of clear aligners and various aligner systems within the lab. Having left Denmark, Lauren transitioned into freelancing and has lent her expertise to dental labs across the globe, including destinations such as US, Dubai, Ireland, and South Africa. Her focus has been on designing clear aligner treatment plans, and she has been actively involved in consulting for labs aiming to integrate clear aligners as a new product offering. Lauren stands out as an expert in various clear aligner software applications, boasting extensive knowledge in developing clear aligner workflows and training technicians to execute predictable and efficient treatment planning. Beyond her technical proficiency, Lauren has collaborated closely with orthodontists, providing valuable insights into treatment plans and facilitating seamless communication with technicians. This collaborative approach ensures the delivery of optimal treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient. Lauren's multifaceted expertise and global experience position her as an invaluable asset in the realm of clear aligner technology and treatment planning.

Dr. Garcia is a distinguished leader in the global clear aligner industry. Based in Costa Rica, a hub for the world's leading clear aligner companies, she boasts over 15 years of invaluable experience, contributing significantly to industry giants such as Align Technology, SmileDirectClub, Dandy Dental, among others, since she started practicing as a dentist in 2009. Dr. Garcia stands out as an architect of innovation since completing her orthodontic residency in 2016. She has played key roles in leading aligner companies by designing orthodontic protocols and developing and delivering training programs to clinical and technical team members. In addition, after practicing in Boston, MA she started providing clinical mentoring for many Invisalign elite providers worldwide. Dr. Garcia continues to operate a private practice, and alongside her Treatment Planning consultations, she has successfully managed more than 2,500 cases of clear aligners for both children, adolescents, and adults. Her instrumental role in shaping industry standards has provided insights that transcend borders and resonate with professionals globally.

Dr. Martins started his journey in dentistry in 2007, graduating from the University of Lisbon. He then went on to pursue various postgraduate orthodontic programs across Europe, eventually attaining his Master's degree in orthodontics from the University of Aarhus in 2016. Similar to his academic pursuits, Dr. Martins currently holds the distinguished position of being a speaker for ClearCorrect, a leading clear aligner company. In this role, he generously shares his wealth of knowledge and insights with peers globally. Dr. Martins continues to maintain a professional practice in Lisbon, where he treats patients with all the leading clear aligner brands, including Invisalign and Spark. This journey, characterized by unwavering commitment to continuous education and excellence, firmly establishes Dr. Martins as a respected and influential figure in the dynamic realm of clear aligner orthodontics.
